Ninth Annual Alumni Art Exhibit
The 9th Annual Sarah Lawrence College Alumni Art Exhibit during Reunion is a unique opportunity for alumni to present their artwork to the Sarah Lawrence community. The exhibition is open to all alumni artists who wish to participate. This is a non-juried show.

Meet the Artists Cocktail Reception
- Friday, June 7th
5:30p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
During the reception, participating artists will be available to share information and answer questions about their exhibited work.
Participation Requirements
For flat work (including photographs), artists may submit two pieces of up to 36" x 24" per piece or one work no larger than 72" x 50" in size. Sculpture that can be placed on the floor should be no larger than 50" x 40" x 40". For small or moderate-sized (no wider than 50") sculptures or other forms of art, please specify special needs.
EXHIBITS may include original works in any medium. All artwork should be ready to hang and include proper hooks and/or wires, and works on paper should be framed.
YOU should respond by 5/31/2013 with your willingness to participate. Please make arrangements to ship or hand-deliver your artwork so it arrives by May 31st to The Heimbold Visual Arts Center. Detailed Address is below. All work must arrive no later than 5/31/2013.

All artwork should be packed with great care, in a returnable cardboard carton with insurance for delivery and return. They must be on the ground at Sarah Lawrence, Bronxville no later than 5/31/2013.

PICK UP your artwork after the show on Sunday, June 9th, 2013 between noon and 3 p.m. if you are on campus for Reunion. All other exhibitors must arrange for a professional carrier (FedEx or UPS) to pick up their work, as the College cannot cover shipping costs either to or from the College. We will re-package works for shipment in all original packing materials.
INSURANCE will not be provided during the exhibition, and the College will not be held liable for any damage caused during the exhibition.
