Eleventh Annual Alumni Art Exhibit
The 11th Annual Sarah Lawrence College Alumni Art Exhibit during Reunion is a unique opportunity for alumni to present their artwork to the Sarah Lawrence community. The exhibition is open to all alumni artists who wish to participate. This is a non-juried show.

Meet the Artists Cocktail Reception
- Friday, June 5th
5:30p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
During the reception, participating artists will be available to share information and answer questions about their exhibited work.
Exhibits may include original works in any medium. Artists may submit up to two pieces following these guidelines:
- Flat work (including photographs): If you submit 2 pieces, each should be no larger than 36" x 24". If you submit one piece, it must be no larger than 72" x 50". All artwork should be ready to hang and include proper hooks and/or wires, and works on paper should be framed.
- Sculpture (that can be placed on the floor): Should be no larger than 50" x 40" x 40".
- Other forms of Art or Sculpture that is small or moderate-sized (no wider than 50"): Please specify special needs.
Please respond by 5/15/2015 with your willingness to participate by completing the required registration and waiver forms.
GETTING YOUR ART WORK TO CAMPUS:
Please do not send art work until May. Please make arrangements to ship or hand-deliver your artwork so it arrives by May 29th to The Heimbold Visual Arts Center. All work must arrive no later than 5/29/2015.
Your artwork should be packed with great care, in a returnable cardboard carton with insurance for delivery and return. Remember, your artwork must be on the ground at Sarah Lawrence, Bronxville no later than 5/29/2015.

AFTER THE EXHIBIT:
Picking up your artwork: If you are on campus for Reunion, please pickup your artwork after the show on Sunday, June 7th, 2014 between noon and 3 p.m.
Shipping your artwork: If you are not on campus for Reunion, please arrange for a professional carrier (FedEx or UPS) to pick up your work. The College cannot cover shipping costs either to or from the exhibit, and we ask that you provide return postage for returning your artwork. We will re-package works for shipment in all original packing materials.
Please note that Insurance will not be provided during the exhibition, and the College will not be held liable for any damage caused during the exhibition.
