After concentrating on Psychology and Mathematics at SLC, I spent time in the nonprofit, finance, and research sectors. I am currently pursuing an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management, after which I will move into the management consulting field with a focus on business technology. My favorite brunch spots in the Boston area are Sound Bites, Johnny D's, and The Friendly Toast; outside, I enjoy the Arnold Arboretum and the Middlesex Fells. I look forward to connecting with more SLC alums and hearing your event ideas at alum@sarahlawrence.edu

I spent my time at Sarah Lawrence studying economics and worked on social justice issues both on and off campus. I've been in Boston since leaving SLC, and after some time doing youth programming at a local nonprofit, I switched gears. I'm now a financial planner and investment advisor who works with clients of all ages that are interested in socially responsible investing and having their finances match their values and lifestyle. Living in Jamaica Plain, I like riding my bike, walking around Jamaica Pond, and doing backyard gardening and bee keeping. I'm excited to get together with local alums. If you have any event ideas or suggestions, email alum@sarahlawrence.edu

As a transfer student at SLC, and later on, I concentrated on music, the social sciences, and trying "to save the world." A chance opportunity to try throwing a pot in Berkley, CA, changed my direction. I earned a MFA in drawing and painting and have been a professional artist since 1981. We are blessed that our two sons and their families live in JP, and that we are closely involved in their lives. When I'm not in my studio or doing things with family, travel is high on my list. Since moving back east in 1980 I've enjoyed the SLC class reunions, especially the 50th in June 2014.

Life at SLC in the early 90s was full of activism, Bates dances and queer theory. I loved studying History, Economics, Sociology and Philosophy. Since leaving Bronxville, I have lived in Brooklyn, Chicago, Portland (OR), New Orleans and now Boston. I'm here with my partner and working part-time at Harvard Medical School while getting my MBA at Simmons College. So far, I've eaten at The Beehive for brunch more than any other spot and am enjoying living in South Boston where I can hear the boats. I love connecting with SLC alums and planning events to bring us together. Get in touch! alum@sarahlawrence.edu
