Reunion 2019 will offer a variety of seminars, workshops, tours, receptions, and parties—even Midnight Breakfast! In addition to connecting with alumni at class dinners, in seminars, under the wisteria arbor, or in your dorm room, you'll have the opportunity to hear from President Cristle Collins Judd at the annual Year in Review and Q&A with Alumni. You'll also get to see our newest additions to campus—the Barbara Walters Campus Center and the open-air amphitheater.

Boston: Reading and Q&A with Joan Silber '67 |
Join alumni at Trident Booksellers and Cafe (338 Newbury Street in Boston) at 4 p.m. for an afternoon with SLC writing faculty member and author Joan Silber '67 as she reads from her book Improvement and takes questions from the audience. Improvement won the 2018 PEN/Faulkner Award and the 2017 National Book Critics Circle Award in Fiction, and it was named one of 2018's 100 most notable books by the New York Times. This event is open to the public. Sarah Lawrence alumni will be given priority seating. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the cafe, which will have table service. |

San Francisco: The Future of Work |
Patrick Larvie '90 and Ari Kepnes '12 will host a lively discussion on the future of work, office design, and the cross-disciplinary field of user experience at 6:30 p.m. at the Density office in San Francisco (369 Sutter Street). Patrick Larvie '90, has a PH.D in anthropology, leads Google's workplace user experience team and will share his research on Google's workplace. Ari Kepnes '12 leads Market Research at Density, and researches how the built environment is evolving to the changing nature of work. |
